Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Chestnut Ridge Candle Company currently uses USPS ground shipping to deliver packages. All packages ship for free when you spend $50.00 or more. Your order will generally leave our warehouse in 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are determined by which state the package is being delivered to. 

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE DONE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED 

Returning or exchanging an item is easy.  Carefully pack the product, seal the box purchase sufficient postage and send it to 109 W. College St. Bowdon, GA 30108.  Items MUST BE in new and unbroken condition for credit or exchange.  If an item is returned to us use or broken we cannot credit or exchange.

If an item is damaged upon arrival to you, please photograph a picture of the broken item and the package it was shipped in and email to info@chestnutridgecandleco.com

This is required for us to authorize a replacement item to you.
